As my golf performance improved, the more I realized that diet and physical condition greatly influence how I feel on the course, and thus significantly affect performance, especially under pressure and in multi-day tournaments. In 2017, I focused my attention not only on golf technique training and on-course golf play, but also on nutrition and physical conditioning.

Golf has been my passion for 19 years, and I have been teaching golf since 2018. In the field of fitness, I specialized as a Level 5 conditioning coach.
THE GENESIS OF ANIKA GOLF & FITNESS
The results of my efforts soon followed, and in 2018, a year after I started approaching golf more comprehensively, I achieved my greatest amateur successes. I became the International Champion of Slovakia in stroke play, received a sports university scholarship in the USA, and subsequently won my first university tournament overseas – Magnolia Invitational.
VISION OF ANIKA GOLF & FITNESS
Golf is a unique sport that is highly addictive. The aim of the game is to assess each position of the ball as best as possible and decide how to get it into the hole. By staying in the present, you are constantly learning from previous decisions. Through golf, you develop strategic thinking, build endurance, strengthen mental balance, learn the rules of golf, golf etiquette, and new movements.
A full golf swing is one of the most dynamic, explosive, and complex movements among all sports movements. That is why I see enormous potential, even necessity, in combining golf and physical training. This is the vision of ANIKA GOLF & FITNESS.
